Live Jazz & Klezmer

Eastern Straynotes is a Norwich based band playing Jazz from the 1930s and 40s and Klezmer tunes from the same era. Their unique blend of swing and klezmer appeals to young and old alike and is adaptable to any situation from ambient background to full on dance. We even throw in some tango.

The vesratile line-up features clarinet, guitar and double bass at its heart but can be expanded to include accordion/trumpet as well as drums. The band goes out as a duo, trio, quartet or as a quintet with a drummer.
